WHY I KNOW I CAN HELP YOU

Ready to Look and Feel AMAZING Without the Diets? I learned how to break free from sugar addiction, anxiety and how to discover my food intolerances and I’m here to help you do it, too!

You want to lose the extra pounds you’ve been struggling with for far too long. You dream of feeling fit, confident, and filled with energy, but in reality, you feel:

●     TIRED - It’s all you can do to make it through the day without falling asleep at your desk or dozing off on the couch, and you have zero energy to engage in the activities you love!

●     SICK - You’re digestion is a mess, your joints and muscles ache, and you have a long list of symptoms including headaches, allergies, anxiety, rashes, rosacea and other issues that are holding you back from enjoying your life!

●     FRUSTRATED - You’ve tried countless diets and nothing works. Every diet leaves you feeling hungry, deprived, and cranky, and if you “cheat”, you feel guilty and angry with yourself.

●     DOWN - You want to feel body positive, but deep down, you hate how you look. Your clothes don’t fit right, you dread occasions where you have to dress up, and some days, you just wonder how you let yourself go.

You are not alone in feeling this way, but there IS hope!

I know this because I’ve been EXACTLY where you are right now.

MY OWN HEALTH JOURNEY

Ever since I can remember, I craved (and consumed) sugar non-stop, suffered from anxiety & depression and extreme stomach problems.  When I was in Middle School & High School, I could drink a daily milkshake and eat all the hostess snacks I wanted without any weight gain.  Until all of my stress eating, Dunkin Donuts drinking and late nights caught up with me after college.

When I hit 30, I experienced a sudden downpour of health problems. From skin problems (rosacea), increasing anxiety (agoraphobia at times), depression, infertility and ultimately a miscarriage sent me searching for answers to my constant wondering “what is wrong with me.” After several doctors, numerous tests and deep consultations with some amazing natural wellness professionals, I was finally diagnosed with Celiac Disease and learned that I had to end my relationship with gluten for good.

Once I discovered how to eliminate gluten from my diet, I felt so much better. In fact, for the first time I could experience what ‘normal’ digestion felt like and began rebuilding my health to a point where I was finally able to get pregnant.

A NEW CHALLENGE

But the stress of being a new mom and over 40, balancing work and family, caused me to seek out all of the gluten-free treats I could find - especially candy, ice cream, and cookies, and in my exhaustion, I relied on sugary coffees to keep going.

I found myself 30 pounds overweight and at-odds with my body. Even worse, I felt exhausted, sick, and anxious all the time. I felt that I had no will-power, and used the pain from a previous injury as the perfect excuse not to exercise regularly.

This was the moment that I realized that my weight and all the symptoms I faced every day were keeping me from being the person (and mother) I dreamed of being! I wasn’t emotionally present at all.

ANEW LOOK

I looked closely at my life and at my diet and realized much of my diet consisted of sugar. Even though I was consuming gluten-free foods, I somehow felt like I had to eat all of the gluten free goodies I could find. A bit of research clued me in that sugar is not only HIGHLY addictive (worse than smoking, even!), it’s also incredibly toxic. It plays a major role in obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, triggers chronic inflammation, and damages the immune system. That’s just the START of what sugar does.

So, of course, my first step was to create a new relationship with food and sweets. It was time for a fresh start and deciding to become the healthiest version of myself. I have tried all of the diets, points, counting and more. But the thing that worked best is finding the exact foods that nourish me, eating them at the right time, in the right amounts, and enjoying the sweetness that life has to offer. New habits have been programmed (I can show you how to do this too) so that it has become easier than ever to follow this path.

Let me help you shorten the distance between unwanted weight, anxiety and finally putting yourself first and getting your life back (maybe even better than it was before you had kids!).
